This year, I had the incredible opportunity to bring my culinary creations to the Irvington Halloween Festival Official After Party, and what an experience it was! The energy was fantastic, and it was a pleasure to see so many people enjoying the food, music, and festive spirit of the night!   As we move into the holiday season, I’m excited to bring that same dedication and flavor to your gatherings, big or small. I wanted to serve something memorable, so I went with a crowd favorite: chicken on a stick with my signature peanut sauce, paired with colorful, crisp peppers. The flavors really came together, and it was a joy to see guests savoring every bite. Alongside the chicken, I kept things warm and cozy with hot cider and fresh coffee, perfect for an October evening.

One of the highlights of the night? Getting to serve former Colts player Tony Walker and the talented 2nd Half Band after their performance. They were a fantastic group to serve, and hearing their positive feedback on the food was a real honor. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love what I do—connecting with people through food and making events a little more unforgettable.
