“What motivated me to become a chef?” Honestly? It started with curiosity and competition. I wanted to understand why some dishes stop people in their tracks — why one bite can make someone close their eyes and just feel it.

Service Director
Shelby is obsessed with the customer experience and food, which makes her a perfect companion for Chefski! As the service manager and other half of this small local business, the lifelong Hoosier specializes in creating moments, serving others and providing great customer service.
At her core, nearly two decades of customer service, a knack for interior design, setting the mood and a need to see the customers satisfied.
Previously an interior designer and retail owner, Shelby offers a ‘final touch’ service which can include event planning, tablescapes, floral arrangements and service ware rentals.
Although service is her forte, Shelby is not afraid to roll up her sleeves, put on an apron or chef’s coat and get her hands dirty in the kitchen!
