At MyChefski, we’re proud to share that Chef Chefski recently competed at the World Food Championships Perfect Bite Challenge held at the prestigious School of Excellence. This nationally recognized event brings together some of the best chefs from across the country to showcase their creativity, technical skill, and passion for unforgettable cuisine.

Standing alongside so many talented chefs on a world stage was an honor. Competitions like these fuel our creativity and inspire us to continue bringing five-star private dining experiences to Indiana and beyond.

For the Noodle Category, Chef Chefski presented a one-of-a-kind dish called Duck Duck Pierogi:

The Dish: Duck Duck Pierogi

- Homemade Pierogi Dough

- Yukon Gold Mashed Potato Filling

- Shredded Duck Confit from Maple Leaf Farms

- Sweet Vidalia Foam

- Cherry Gastrique

- Finished with fresh herbs and microgreens

Pierogi are more than just comfort food. They’re a reflection of Chef Chefski’s Polish heritage. Growing up with traditional Eastern European flavors inspired his love for handcrafted doughs, hearty potato fillings, and dishes that bring people together.

By reimagining the classic pierogi with duck confit, Vidalia foam, and cherry gastrique, Chef Chefski honored those roots while showcasing the creativity and skill that define his modern approach to fine dining.
